Key Responsibilities


  • Support technical and architectural design for Salesforce
  • Participate in business readiness, change management, and internal user communication
  • Provide administrative support and guidance to internal teams and external agencies (e.g., fare filing, rewards setup, corporate account management)
  • Conduct performance analysis and prepare business reports to identify sales and customer experience opportunities
  • Support supplementary and ad-hoc sales development projects and studies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely rollout of developed tools
  • Ensure all tools function smoothly with accurate and timely data uploads
  • Support and manage UAT testing during project or enhancement rollouts for Salesforce
  • Drive adoption and usage of tools and training; identify areas for business improvement


Requirements


  • Proven experience in project management; agile project management is a plus
  • Track record of working with IT teams on online product development and delivery
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  • University degree holder in a relevant discipline, with minimum 3 years' working experience
  • Willingness to travel
